Once we have agreed about the apartment booking, 30% of the total price must be effectuated within a few days as an advance payment. 
The advance payment is not to be refunded if the hosts were to change their minds or not showing up. The second invoice must be payed at least two weeks prior to arrival.

We operate with flexible arrival and departure days for all apartments, you can rent from which weekday fits you the best. You may stay for a minimum of three days, but a few apartments have a weekly rent policy only.

Linens and towels as well as end cleaning are included in the rental fee.
